We are looking for Customer Service Advisors to work on our Shared Services campaign. As a Shared Services Customer Service Advisor you will deal with general queries and offer customer service solutions on behalf of a number of ! our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who h! as excellent customer service skills, enjoys problem solving, has the ability to multi task and thrive in a fast paced environment.
Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls within guidelines/goals established by the client and contact centre management.
- Consistently achieve call quality score goals to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.
- Escalate questions and issues to Customer Service Supervisor as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills
- Dependable, reliable and able to perform duties with minimal supervision.
Hours of work will be 37.5hours total, Monday - Sunday between the hours of 7am -10pm on a rota basis, You will be required to work one in two weekends
