Responsibilities - your mission
You will be reporting to the Ho Finance Airbus Portugal and executing your tasks in close cooperation with the team in charge of the Finance Transformation Strategy at Airbus (all countries, all divisions/activities of the Group).
You enjoy working with many different organizations and have the passion for sharing, transferring, analyzing and structuring knowledge.
You are autonomous, you like new challenges and are ready to support the deployment of the Knowledge Management initiatives in the company.
Basic purpose :
The job purpose is to promote Knowledge Management culture and solutions within the Finance organization.
You will facilitate product knowledge capture for a better sharing and consolidation of knowledge and best practices over time.
You will propose definition, design, customization & validation of KM solutions.
Main duties and responsibilities :
Design and deploy Knowledge Management solutions
Define and maintain a Finance Knowledge Management roadmap with a clear strategic objective, including measurable and actionable milestones
Identify key knowledge management initiatives for each Finance department
Design and facilitate knowledge management initiatives according to roadmap
Define and shape Knowledge Management solutions for the Finance function and ensure proper communication to the Finance Community
Developing a sound relationship with internal customers, for the quality follow-up, the continuous improvement of existing products and the creation of new ones
Develop a Knowledge Management culture within Finance:
Set-up communities of practice
Coach product knowledge owners/ experts in their role and objectives
Train the community members into their knowledge management mission
Demonstrate how different initiatives fit together under the objectives of the Finance mission and vision statement
Align stakeholders and converge views
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
Finance background : 2 to 5 years of experience
Digital and innovation skills and mindset
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) adaptable to different levels of expertise.
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Capacity to manage stakeholders and open doors
Analytical thinking, experience in roles that require accurate record keeping and attention to detail.
Innovative and creative - able to work with potential partners to identify, evaluate and develop effective innovation solutions.
Ability to develop, prioritize and manage work effectively
Self motivation and autonomy
Speak up
Positive mindset and living it
Ability to inspire and motivate others
Capacity and willingness to work in an international, both local and remote team
Willingness and readiness to travel as part of the normal duties
