Job Summary: Hiatus Hospitality is seeking a diligent and reliable Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our serviced accommodation apartments. Your attention to detail, organization skills, and commitment to providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests will be crucial for success in this role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Cleaning and Maintenance:Thoroughly clean and sanitize apartments according to established standards, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and common areas.
Change bed linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and presentable.
Perform regular cleaning tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing.
Ensure all surfaces, fixtures, appliances, and amenities are properly cleaned and maintained.
Restock supplies, such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens, as needed.

Quality Control:Conduct regular inspections of apartments to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and adherence to Hiatus' quality standards.
Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Ensure all equipment and cleaning materials are used safely and stored appropriately.

Guest Service and Communication:Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing their needs and requests promptly and courteously.
Communicate effectively with the management team and other staff members to ensure efficient operations.
Report any guest feedback, complaints, or special requests to the appropriate personnel.

Teamwork and Collaboration:Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the property.
Assist in training new housekeeping team members, as required.
Foster a positive and cooperative work environment by promoting open communication and teamwork.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
  • Weekend availability
