Location: Lutterworth Sports Centre

Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday

Lutterworth Sports Centre is a busy facility that receives over 400,000 visits per year, and is a major focal point for the town of Lutterworth in Leicestershire. The facilities include a 65 station Fitness Suite, Swimming Pool, Sports Hall, Exercise Studio, Function Rooms and Caf.

Based at Lutterworth Sports Centre we're looking for a passionate, highly motivated person to fill the position of full-time Customer Advisor / Membership Sales Advisor paying £13K plus commission (OTE £24k)

The successful candidate will:

  • provide direct support to the Partnership Manager in the promotion of memb! erships, encouragement of potential members
  • conductin! g personal tours of the facility
  • selling and promoting corporate packages
  • increasing membership sales
  • Ensuring effective membership account management and take payments for the same.
Essential skills

Essential skills / qualifications / experience for the role

  • Minimum GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
  • Experience within a marketing or customer care would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer Literate
  • Good telephone manner
  • Self motivated and organised
  • Friendly and Outgoing
  • Reliable
  • Confident
