Senior Unified Communications Engineer Candidates must have demonstrable experience in planning, designing, implementing and managing Unified Communications ! infrastructure, including: Call Manager, Call Manager Express, Unity Connection, Unity Express, H323/MGCP voice gateways, UCCE, ZoomRec within EMEA and APAC. Manage carriers that provide telecom and VoIP services to ensure their services meet client requirements Part of your responsibilities will be creating technical documentation and provide training to junior members of staff. Candidates must be CCNP certified and previously held senior or architect voice roles to actively lead planning, design, and implementation of Unified Communication systems. Able to build a roadmap and help design a global UC strategy.
