Level of apprenticeship and Frame work: Advanced Apprenticeship for I! T, Software, Web and Telecoms Professionals (IT Support)

Location: Crawley

Location of Training: Canary Wharf or Hammersmith

Job Purpose:
Assist the IT System Administrator with desktop support, troubleshooting desktop hardware/software problems, and carrying out repairs on issues reported by users.

Working hours are flexible but office cover would need to be between 0900 and 1830, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week).

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Desktop support
  • Troubleshooting desktop hardware/software problems
  • ! Carrying out repair issues
  • Document, support and repa! ir activities using a helpdesk ticketing system.
