THE ROLE
Our client is seeking to recruit an experienced and skilled Construction Associate. You will be joining a remarkable department that can lay claim to some of the most well respected Construction specialists in the Country. Dealing with the full range of matters, you will have an enviable caseload of high quality work to manage. This is likely to encompass: Development funding; Contract documentation advice; due diligence in respect of corporate / commercial transactions; and general advice to all sectors of the industry. THE CANDIDATE
Applications are welcomed from individuals with:
Between 2 and 5 years' PQE and excellent working knowledge of complex Construction matters, gained in a well-regarded Regional or City firm;
A proactive approach to business development;
Excellent academics;
First class client management skills
