Shop Assistant selling South African products and general duties within the factory Tuesday - Friday 8:45-16:45, Saturdays 9:45-16:30
Working every Saturday is a must but working Tues-Fri is negotiable
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information on South African products
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized shop, restocking shelves as required
- Assisting within the factory to produce the air dried products - Washing uniforms and general cleaning duties
- Work in our Chelmsford shop when required to cover holidays/sickness - Collect weekly stock from the wholesalers using the company vehicle - Follow company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work Saturdays - Hold a clean driving licence
