Our team is involved in every element of People and Finance activity . That includes payroll, casework, referencing and onboarding, through to billing, paying suppliers, and month end activities. It’s up to us to lead, support and deliver an excellent service across our core processes including M anaging R evenue; P rocurement; P roject and A sset M anagement ; Finance Processes; People Processes.

At Heathrow, we continue to evolve and refine our People processes to give the best possible colleague experience. We are looking for a creative, adaptable individual who is keen to work with our team of Process Leads to support the evolution of our Oracle HCM system, as part of the People Systems & Transformation Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to deliver a range of projects and activities, from testing new functionality to supporting key stakeholders through change.


  • Supporting and working with the team to deliver project plans, ensuring buy in from key stakeholders and embedding business change. Ensuring adoption of changes in systems and procedures to drive business benefits.
  • Forming part of the Quarterly Release process, reviewing changes and highlighting potential business opportunities that gained from new functionality
  • Maintaining process maps, standard operating procedures, config workbooks and control documentation relevant to the Heathrow Hire to Retire Process
  • Working closely with the Heathrow BizOps & Managed Service Team to help test and resolve any system bugs, particularly the business impact a specific bug is causing. Ability to work with those teams to come up with suitable workarounds.
  • Play an active role in the Oracle customer community forums to learn from other organisations and actively encourage our business stakeholders to get involved in the Oracle community.

  • A good understanding of any of these areas – Recruitment, Talent & Performance, Learning, Absence, Payroll or Helpdesk would be highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills and able to build relationships quickly with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working under pressure in an environment of competing priorities and challenging deadlines.
  • Ability to focus on benefits realisation, work with business service delivery teams to identify opportunities for improvements and possess the influencing skills to implement these changes in conjunction with those delivery teams.

Working Location

Our agile approach offers the opportunity to combine home working with meetings, events and training at the airport. All roles involve some on-site working each week, so you’ll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
