Job Responsibilities
Your role will be:
To enter address characters or address information into the M! DEC computer system for mail which cannot be read by automated scanners
To ensure that all information is typed within keying speed and accuracy targets, which will enable Royal Mail to deliver important cards and parcels during Christmas 2013
Requirements:
Quick and accurate and typing skills You will be self motivated to meet strict accuracy and speed targets Ability to concentrate, react to system prompts effectively and to work under pressure during peak periods Ability to understand complex system rules and make informed decisions as to what course of action to take Flexible approach and adaptable to change Whilst working in a team environment, you should be able work independently with little supervision and be a quick learner
Shifts:
Late Shift - Monday - Friday - 18:15 - 22:00
Night Shift - Monday - Friday - 22:30 - 06:00
Full Shift - Monday - Friday - 18:15 - 06:00
