Job Description:
- Responsible for initiating contact with potential customer to provide support in the attainment of sales targets
- Call customers to introduce and sell RCI products and services
- Probe customers’ requirements and expectations
- Respond to customer queries within turnaround time
- Assist in setting meetings with field sales and /or management
- Collaborate with field sales to support development of solid relationships with customers
- Support sales in all market and client communication initiatives
- Communicate customers’ requirements and expectations, and issues with internal stakeholders
Job Qualifications:
- Capable of qualifying sales leads by asking the right questions
- Can communicate with various levels of internal and client organizations
- Capable of handling multiple priorities
- Proficient in business applications, and are quick to adapt to proprietary systems for operations
- Detail oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in american english and jargon
