22K-24K + Bonus
To deliver qualifications and frameworks, and to manage the framework process by providing quality training and as! sessment in the workplace, from start through to achievement of Apprenticeship Learning.
The Key Performance Indicators for this role are:
- Achievement of Starts Targets
- Achievement of frameworks within funded timescales
- Compliance of organisational, NAS and Awarding Body requirements andprocesses
- Motivate and support work based learning candidates to achieve their qualification(s)
- Maintain caseload
- To manage NVQ and framework achievements within funding period
- Plan the assessment process in consultation with the Learner and work based supervisor
- Support the learning process â€" facilitate “on the job†learning as/when required
- Support the Learner in compiling their portfolio of evidence
- Assessing portfolio for relevance authenticity and sufficiency
- Ensure all documentation (electronic + paper based) is completed accurately and on time
- Carry out! learner observation, reviews and competence assessments in ac! cordance with The companies guidelines
- Support the recruitment of additional learners by providing an exemplary learning experience
- Manage and evaluate own workload to ensure deadlines and targets are met
- Keeping up to date with occupational competency and personal development
- Monitor Equal Opportunities and Health & Safety
Occupational experience in two or more of the following areas:
(a)Retail
(b)Customer Service
(c)Management + Professional
PTTLS & V1 desirable but NOT essential at all
