Join us as a Field Engineering Support Specialist! You will get a chance to work on a project with our client who is building a Data Center in Gävle and is looking for talented technicians.

Your role- Provide technical support
- Deal with break-fix support for new rack deployment
- Focus on incident management support for sustained operations
- Support any DC-related activity, e.g. replace a network device, configure a network device or a server, perform a power cycle, perform patch management/cabling, etc.
- Assist L3 Tech or Local Tech Services Leadership in generating periodic reports per client specification
- Participate in failure analysis within the Data Center environment
- Working knowledge of Windows Server OS, WinPE OS administration, and Linux PXE services
- 2-3 years of equivalent experience in a Data Center environment
- General desktop hardware and software knowledge, including basic knowledge of Microsoft applications and Apple OS
- Basic mechanical skills and understanding of electrostatic discharge (ESD) procedures
- Familiarity with Linux and Windows scripting is preferred
- Fluent level of English
