THE FOLLOWING POSITION IS AVAILABLE AT SIZA WATER:
HR CLERK (REF:HR/02/2023)

The successful applicant is required to perform the following key functions, amongst other duties:

  • Capturing leave records on Excel spreadsheets and conduct leave audits.
  • Verify training courses and book training for employees.
  • Assist with medical aid and provident fund enquiries.
  • Recruitment – schedule interviews and assist with the administration.
  • Capture data for the ATR and WSP submissions as well as other reports.
  • Prepare data for payroll.
  • Other HR functions.

The applicant is required to have:

  • Matric with Maths.
  • Diploma in HR Management or similar.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
  • A valid code 8 driver’s license.
