McCurrach Technology is responsible for educating the channel to drive sales of the Xbox brands through a broad range of retail audiences. You will be responsible for creating a strong & unforgettable experience of the Xbox products in close collaboration with your retail partners Game, HMV and John Lewis.
To do this, it is likely you will have had experience in driving sales within a fast moving possibly gaming environment.! Unquestionably, you will have proven experience of repeatedly growing market share for your products and the way you will have done this through your excellent influencing, communication and presentation skills.
The Job
- Driving sales through effective product training and brand advocacy alongside efficient territory management.
- Influence store management all the areas that impact their store results: -
Drive consumer availability on full and promotional priced games
Drive pre-order of new product development through training techniques and understanding your stores demographics
- Training store personnel to increase brand advocacy.
- Setting objective and plans to ensure unparalleled execution in store.
- Identify opportunities for increased brand awareness and display /placement! within the designated portfolio.
- Understanding retailers to d! rive their and Xbox results.
- Building strong retailer relationships with multi-level contacts across the store.
- Developing high levels of insight and knowledge within gaming.
- Provide regular reporting and insight to drive improvements in Microsoft's business by continuous improvement of the business and activities.
- Develop and maintain an excellent understanding of Xbox and the retailers business, objectives and marketplace.
High degree of influencing and persuasive skills with the ability to both influence and implement
Confident with high levels of personal motivation, drive and enthusiasm
Flexible and organised attitude with the ability to deliver to challenging deadlines
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
2:1 degree is desirable
Full current driving licence with less than 6 points and no previous bans
