Administrative Assistant [Singapore]


 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To handle on boarding and off boarding administrative
  • Issuance employees staff pass and PPE/Uniform
  • Monitor & replenish stationaries and PPE stock
  • Assist in arranging of interview & update hiring records
  • Administer training registration and records
  • Process employees’ medical claims
  • Raise ePR & process GRN in Navision system
  • Handle employee enquires in the HR department.
  • All other HR/ Admin task assigned by your direct report

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum GCE “N”, “O’ Levels & equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in related field
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent and able to work under minimum supervision
  • Pro-active and initiative
  • Multi-lingual and outspoken
  • Must be able to work in a team
