RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To handle on boarding and off boarding administrative
- Issuance employees staff pass and PPE/Uniform
- Monitor & replenish stationaries and PPE stock
- Assist in arranging of interview & update hiring records
- Administer training registration and records
- Process employees’ medical claims
- Raise ePR & process GRN in Navision system
- Handle employee enquires in the HR department.
- All other HR/ Admin task assigned by your direct report
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum GCE “N”, “O’ Levels & equivalent
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience in related field
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Independent and able to work under minimum supervision
- Pro-active and initiative
- Multi-lingual and outspoken
- Must be able to work in a team
