HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in Construction. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the Site Manager position.
- Working Location: Hai Phong
- Reporting to: Project Manager/ Project Director
Job Responsibility for Site Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from inception to completion; Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinate and manage all resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution
- Supervise and direct construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure work is completed according to specifications and within deadlines
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and best practices on the construction site; Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or potential risks.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, budgets, and other project documentation to senior management and clients
- Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the course of the project.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members, promoting their professional development.
- Responsible for supervising construction projects and carrying out construction projects assigned by the company; Assign tasks to workers, engineers, and departments involved in the project to meet the objectives.
- Monitor the project to ensure that customer requirements and technical specifications are met, review progress, and communicate with surveyors while monitoring costs. Communicate with clients, other construction experts, and occasionally local authorities.
- Coordinate and supervise construction workers; Select tools and materials.
- Inspect and ensure construction site safety; Check, prepare reports, design, and drawings.
- Maintain quality control procedures; Identify and prevent issues, and solve any arising problems.
- Evaluate and minimize risks; Assist in negotiating construction contracts and obtaining construction permits.
Requirement for Site Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
- Having Construction Practicing Certificate Grade 1
- At least 5 years of experience in the position of School Leader in implementing high-rise projects at level 1, implementing Semi Top Down techniques
- Proficiency in English, AutoCAD
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with construction safety standards
- Ability to work independently and with a team
Benefits for Site Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
- Salary: $1,000 – $1,500 + allowance, depending on candidate’s ability
