- ensure consistent implementation of investment decisions by constructing portfolios taking into account product definition, active investment decisions and execution considerations
- work on projects along the discretionary mandates value chain
- support and drive the development of scalable portfolio construction processes, including tool and process enhancements
- drive cross-collaboration and execution of projects across multiple teams
- assist, operate and optimize run-the-bank tasks within Portfolio Construction
Your team
You’ll be working in the Portfolio Construction team in Zurich / Opfikon. We are the gate keeper of all model portfolios for discretionary mandates and are at the heart of UBS’s investment process. In addition, we review and assess current portfolio construction practices with the goal to improve process efficiency and scalability.

Your expertise
- Masters degree in Computer Science, Economics, Business or related technical fields
- interest in the wealth management business and relevant processes; no direct investment experience required
- ability to interact with stakeholders from different areas of the business
- interest in business process design
- analytical, efficient and accurate working style
- good level of English and German
- ideally experienced with programming languages such as VBA, Matlab and .NET
