About the role: As an IT Support intern you will gain experience and knowledge about how an IT team operates within a business. You’ll have the opportunity to work with all kinds of stakeholders from various areas within the organisation; both technical and non-technical. You will gain knowledge on the employee lifecycle from the perspective of a support function of an organisation and how we impact overall productivity.
This role is for a fixed term of 6 months with the possibility of being hired as a full-time employee.
What you will do / be involved in: Onboarding :
- Account creation
- Laptop setup (onboarding)
- Hardware logistics
- Onboarding communication and issue troubleshooting
- Audit onboarding tickets
- Offboarding logistics / property returns
- Be the primary point of contact for basic technical issues
- Escalate issues to team members as needed
- Good communication skills - verbal and written
- Positive customer service skills with the ability to make people feel validated
- Willingness to support where needed
- Curious mindset and willingness to to learn new things
- Ability to ask questions when to get a better understanding
- Willingness to share information and teach people how issues were resolved
- Hands on approach to tasks
- Detail oriented in all things you do
- Basic technical skills / understanding of technical terms
- Ability to find information to help troubleshoot technical issues
- Knowledge or previous experience of using Apple laptops
- Fluent in English - Dutch & additional languages are a plus

Our offices and new way of working
We’ve embraced an activity-based way of working, meaning our team can choose how they split their work week between home and the office, in line with our remote framework and guidelines. In locations where we have physical offices, most employees enjoy two days at the office to connect and collaborate with each other.
Our experts and sales staff in local markets work 100% remotely – in most cases from home. Some key positions are hired remotely, while we also offer relocation services for colleagues needing to be closer to the office.
