What you will do:
- Conduct market research and analysis on market trends
- Evaluate business performance, business model, and strategize our portfolio entities
- Oversee, analyze and implementing business strategies to increase revenue, cut costs, and promote growth
- Strategize on M&A, joint venture of portfolios entities, and external companies
- Deep-dive research on companies and industries
- Understand the investment market primarily in Cambodia and other regional emerging markets
- Possess leadership qualities to lead and direct projects
- Manage stakeholders and investor relations
- Perform other administrative duties and responsibilities delegated by the supervisor
What you should have:
- Major in Business, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Computer Science or other specialization with strong academic performance
- Preferably one year of experience working in any domain expertise
- Self-motivated individual with an inquisitive and growth mindset
- Equipped with strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical ability
- Excellent command of English language is mandatory. Chinese fluency is advantageous
- Regional exposure is advantageous
- Candidate will be stationed in Cambodia
