Food Runner/Busser
Job Summary
Deliver food to customers and prepare appetizers, desserts, and other service-related materials under the administrative direction of the supervisor.
Shift Time
Shift Range: 11:00 to 23:00
Whole-day Shift: 7 to 10 working hours
Half-day Shift: 3 to 6 working hours
Job Duties
Serve dishes to customers quickly and correctly
Collect dirty dishes, clean the dining tables efficiently and set up new table
Prepare the materials, such as food garnishments and eating utensils, used for dish serving
Ensure all the tasks in the opening checklist and closing checklist are completed on time
Record the daily usage of sauce, ingredients, and desserts
Participate the monthly cleaning and staff meetings
Qualifications
Be positive and able to work at a fast pace and under pressure.
Be flexible for working and rotating shifts
No prior experience required, but the related experience is an asset.
