Role One: Front Desk
- Greet clients as they arrive and check in their dog(s)
- Manage the client database system, Gingr
- Answer the phone in a personable manner
- Create and manage digital reservations
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
- Overachieving attitude and enhanced work ethic
- Experience with spreadsheets and word processing documents
- Ability to create and manage an organized filing system
Role Two: Dog Attendant
- Responsible for the overall care and well-being of the dogs at our facility
- Help with general care tasks such as feeding and well being of the animals
- Keep records of animal feedings, treatments, and other updates
- Engage in play activities and exercise with the animals
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment
Qualifications:
- Passion to help and care for dogs
- Ability to interact with dogs in a positive manner
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
