Data Entry (WFH) [Malaysia]


 

Job Description:

  • Sort and organize the database according to Petro1 Standard and requirements
  • Develop a knowledge base of market research and a contact database using CRM platforms
  • Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents and update existing data
  • Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods
  • Prepare relevant reports as needed
  • Provide general data entry support across many teams on an ad-hoc basic

Job Qualifications:

  • Fast typing skills; Knowledge of the touch typing system is strongly preferred
  • Research skills
  • Basic understanding of databases
  • Experience in using CRM is required
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
  • Great attention to detail
  • Able to work independently, with minimum supervision, and good analytical skills.
  • Self-discipline with a good learning attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
