Our brand has over 12 years of history and the first restaurant under the TamJai SamGor Mixian brand in Hong Kong was opened in 2008. In 2020, we opened our first restaurant under our brand in Singapore.

「譚仔三哥米線」品牌是在香港專營米線的快速休閒連鎖餐廳,在新加坡也有業務。我們的品牌擁有超過12年歷史,「譚仔三哥米線」品牌名下的第一間餐廳在2008年於香港開設,而我們的品牌亦於2020年正式進軍新加坡市場。
Responsibilities:
Handle customer feedback escalated from stores and via different channels to maintain excellent customer loyalty
Actively manage and update all customer service-related documents
Collect customer feedback and share insightful ideas with the team from time to time
Support customer service tram such as data entry, filing etc.
Administrative support and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
HKCEE / HKDSE or above
Minimum 1 year working experience in Customer Service / Telecommunication / Tourism experience is preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English
Well-organized, detail-oriented and a strong sense of responsibility
Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and Chinese word processing
