In a time of unprecedented expansion, we are seeking a highly skilled Chief Technology Officer to make executive technology decisions on behalf of Titan, including managing a budget and making investments in people to align the company’s vision with its technological needs. In this role, you will manage Titans core technology roadmap, including infrastructure, applications, development and end-user support. The position also will drive technological innovation and create effective strategies to modernize and maintain our product, web applications, servers and data. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and an effective communicator who can act as both a technology and business manager, working directly under the Chief Information Officer running the Technology division. Considering Titans comprehensive needs, we are seeking someone who has previously served in a CTO role or chief Architect type of role, this role is technical with a blend of management skills to ensure the Vietnam office is well supported.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership & Staffing
- Provide sound leadership and guidance to the technical staff, ensuring all teams are aware of, and aligned with, the corporate strategy and roadmap.
- Provide regional leadership to the Ho Chi Minh Office.
- Ensure teams are working as a cohesive unit, encouraging collaboration, and collectively defining policies to increase efficiency and remove functional silos. Encouraging staff across all levels to participate and put forth ideas for improvement in this continuous process.
- Work with managers and leaders to enable growth within the staff, by fostering an environment of trust and teamwork, as well as personal growth and exploration by encouraging staff to step out of their comfort zone and try new things. This may include additional responsibilities or leadership roles, working in new areas as part of cross-functional teams, fostering and encouraging continuous learning and education, etc
- Interface directly with external customers to translate technical competencies, vision, roadblocks, and strategy back and forth from technical teams in a Windows Forms Technology based product.
Customer Focus
- Oversee the design and development of new software products and services within the Titan product technology stack (Windows Forms, Dot Net etc.
- Work with our Product Manager in ensuring solutions align with customer needs and that requirements are clear and well defined for technical staff, and to bring an external perspective that has been developed over many years embedded with government customers and users for product, sales, marketing, and design staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new technologies that improve product development and business processes. Ensure the company's technology infrastructure and applications are scalable, efficient, secure, and reliable.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them to the company's technology strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Experience in leading a team of 50 staffs in Vietnam.
- Preferred, 10+ years of experience strong background in a Microsoft Development environment, a knowledge of AI, machine learning, data science, software engineering, or a related field with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of software engineering, product development, and infrastructure management.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing technology strategies and roadmaps that meet customer needs and drive growth.
- Proven track record in delivering high-quality software products and services.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams and build strong customer relationships.
- Must be able to understand and grasp customers' issues at a high level and architect functional solutions to meet their needs, while staying true to Titans values and capabilities. This is done by listening and fostering trust with the customer.
- Experience in Agile software development methodologies.

1 WORKING HOURS
- Working hours is flexible and the standard guideline is between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 1 hour break for lunch.
