The core capability requirements for this role are:
- Manage the QPS housing portfolio, and coordinate and monitor activities of external providers to accomplish housing related goals.
- Set priorities and simplify work processes to achieve results for the housing portfolio, taking into consideration necessary due diligence, risk management and strategic planning.
- Prepare well researched and accurate briefings and correspondence to meet reporting requirements and to support decision making by clients, key stakeholders, and management.
- Provide input into the research, development and implementation of policies and procedures relating to housing to achieve effective, equitable and efficient utilisation of property related assets.
