As a buying professional you will support the task below:
§Process purchase request.
§Manage purchase orders incl. release of the purchase order; checking of content; tracking with suppliers for order confirmation in correctness and completeness
§Take care of compliance with Procurement rules of Siemens Gamesa and usage of Siemens Gamesa contracts.
§Maintain and create supplier master data.
§Support internal stakeholders on how to purchase according to SGRE guidelines.
§Checking if supplier is qualified for the service/material.
§Change/close purchase orders.
§In the team we use different SAP systems RBP, SRP, GEP, Ariba Guided Buying and WebMethods.
§Maintenance procurement achieved data (PO, quotation, contract, agreement, MoM)
§Participation in regular or unscheduled meetings with the strategic purchasing functions or other relevant commodity functions to discuss and actively coordinate relevant issues regarding project related topic
§Independent working to achieve given goals, measurable through KPIs
§Support for APAC projects (incl Taiwan / Japan / Korea projects)

Strong in SAP experience or from other ERP system
