LRS (Language Recruitment Services) is currently seeking a German spkg Resourcer â€" Talent Specialist â€" In-house Recruitment- to work for an international Pharmaceutical client.
You will be working in the cosmopolitan and vibrant international in-house recruitment team, being responsible for the sourcing and selection of high calibre candi! dates within the pharmaceutical, life science sector you will ! interact with stake holders on a daily basis, building excellent client relationships
German spkg Talent Resourcer â€" In-house Recruitment Duties:
- Responsible for the identification of candidates suitable for the client current or future requirements
- Attraction and pre selection, as well as building candidates pipeline
- Engaging with talent in an appropriate and interesting fashion
- telephone profiling as well as competency based interviews
- Excellent German and English both written and spoken
- Have previous recruitment experience in either an agency or in house / onsite
- Good knowledge of the German recruitment sector ideally in the life-sciences, pharmaceutical or technical field, this is not essential for strong resourcers
- Producing and analyzing d! ata as well as identifying opportunities
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to deal with stakeholders by building strong relationships
- Outstanding project management skills
