Responsibilities:
How this internship looks like?

The IT Field Services Analyst represents IT Operations on-site and coordinates local delivery activities like: providing 2nd and 3rd level support, managing local IT assets and inventory and planning for refresh cycles. Person in this role will address end-user tickets and provide resolution where needed while proactively developing training programs and communicating various notifications.

What you will learn?
  • Delivering full-cycle on-site technical support of IT equipment and leading regular maintenance of the IT stock.
  • Managing regional specific Field Service operations (i.e. walk-in, ticket logging, troubleshooting, support, reporting, major incident resolution).
  • Printing service support – maintenance of the equipment and the consumables.
  • Assisting in local projects and creating end-user training programs
Qualifications:
Who are you?
  • MBO student of IT field
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Technical Background
  • Engaged in IT support education
