Assistant Accountant
Location: London England
Description: TPP Not for Profit is in need of Assistant Accountant right now, this position will be placed in England. For detail informations about this position opportunity kindly read the description below. required supporting Finance Manager to manage the group's finances, working as a part of a 5 person finance team you will provide all round financial support.
Assistant Accountants main duties will! include;
- Assisting with management accounts
- Working with budget holders, setting budgets and targets
- Nominal ledger maintenance and balance sheet reconciliations
- Tax returns
- Monthly payroll process
- Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register
- Ideally part or fully qualified/studying towards a recognised accountancy qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA.
- Proven experience in a similar role, especially management accounting and budgeting
- Ability to communicate finance (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of SORP 2005
- Excellent Excel skills (Pivot Tables, V Lookups etc.) and experience of Exchequer would be ideal
