Senior Manager, Service Proposition Development
Salary Range: 50,849 to 63,561 depending on experience
Loc! ation: Nationwide House, Swindon
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

A more challenging role
An exciting opportunity has arisen reporting to the Head of Customer Proposition within savings to lead the management of customer relationships. The role is critical to the success of the savings team to ensure we are engaging and satisfying savers efficiently. Leading a team of professionals you will be responsible for setting out and delivering against the customer proposition improvement strategy. You'll plan developments for the sh! ort, medium and long-term keeping closely connected to custome! r needs and a watchful eye on the market, analysing behaviour and activity to identify opportunities to engage and satisfy customers as well as outmanoeuvre the competition. Furthermore, as a key member of the senior management team, you'll work closely with our other senior managers on all aspects of savings team leadership and development.

You'll already be in a role where you're leading people to deliver innovative and impactful service improvements based on a deep understanding of customer needs. You'll bring with you natural gravitas, innovation, strategic thinking and energy to ensure the savings service proposition agenda is driven, delivered and developed to the maximum benefit of our membership. While a plus, experience of financial services isn't essential. What is essential, is your passion to make a real difference to customers and a track record of having done that by understanding the heart of a problem and knowing what! to do and who to influence to make a difference.
Educated to degree level or equivalent you will bring a high level of business intelligence, flexibility, energy and credibility and if not already in financial services, be in a marketing or a customer strategy development background with the ability to learn quickly.
