Our Client is seeking to recruit a seasoned professional with at least 3 to 5 ! years experience as an Agile Scrum Master Project Manager.
Your experience must ideally include a background in development or at least an understanding of development techniques.
You must be a team player with a mature outlook and approach as the team is a stable one with a vast amount of knowledge in technology.
You will be a certified Scrum Master with Agile and have a the ability to talk techie with the team in terms of mobile and broadband telecoms technology.
A number of people on the team are geeks with PhDs and you will therefore need the ability to manage them diplomatically.
The Client is seeking a candidate that is a team player but with team leading attributes with the ability to motivate others in the team.
The Company uses an in-house development language called Magik - and any experience of this would handy.
Additionally they use dynamic development tools such as Smalltalk and Ruby and again any experience ! of these would be useful.
Must be able to hold your own gr! ound in meetings and project discussions with an attitude of positive outcome for the projects.
This role is based in Cambridge and the client is ideally seeking someone within commutable distance of Cambridge.
The salary for this role is negotiable and dependent on your expertise.
