This is a high volume, fast paced, in-house Recruitment role based i! n Solihull. You will be responsible for all contract recruitment across the business as well as being involved in project work.
The successful candidate will have
Experience of recruiting high volumes of interim contractors
In-house experience as well as some time spent within agency recruitment
The ability to pro-actively source candidates through Direct Sourcing methods and not just manage applications
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
You must be able to cope and thrive in a fast-paced, high performing team, be able to work autonomously and manage a complex and large volume of campaigns
The successful candidate MUST be available at short notice to start this role.
This is a 6 month contract.
