Description: University of Cambridge is looking of Book and Paper Conservator, Bindery and Conservation Department right now, this occupation will be placed in England. Cambridge University Library is currently seeking a Book and Paper Conservator to join our established Conse! rvation Department. Working in a team of conservators within the conservation section you will be required to carry out conservation treatments to a wide range of library and archival materials, to include printed books, manuscripts, both paper and parchment, prints, drawings and photographs. Knowledge of book structures and experience of book conservation is essential.
Hours are 8.45am - 12.45pm and 2.00pm - 5.35pm (4.40pm on Fridays.
36 days annual leave p.a. plus time off in lieu equivalent to a further 3 days p.a.
