We are seeking a new colleague to provide high-quality support and guidance to all users of the School Helpdesk. You will manage the secure handling of student coursework and student mailboxes and provide accurate and student-focused replies to enquiries.
Educated to A level standard or equivalent, degree desirable, you will have excellent IT and communication skills and good administrative experience. Knowledge and experience of student administration in the HE sector is desirable.
