For detail informations about this job opportunity kindly see the descriptions. Analyst Client Liaison Executives required to join my market-leading client based in Oxford, Oxfordshire! . We have a range of Client Liaison Executive roles ranging in levels of experience. The main purpose of the Client Liaison Executive vacancies is to act as the lynch-pin between my client's customers and the Client Service Team. The Client Liaison Executive will be the key point of contact for all quality and delivery related matters.

The role will involve:

• Working with well-known clients and ensuring their satisfaction
• Understanding the customers' technical reporting needs and then interpret these needs to the technical teams
• Trouble-shooting and dealing with reporting issues
• Providing pro-active communications to support changes to client deliverables
• Recommending other services and products to the client and up-sell where appropriate
• Taking responsibility for delivering status reports for client changes to monitor performance verses expectation and manage directly with the client portfolio
Working with overseas development teams

The Clien! t Liaison Executive positions vary in level and responsibility depending upon experience. With this in mind I would welcome applications from those candidates who have client-handling experience, database/reporting experience and who have excellent communication skills. This role would suit someone looking to get into account management, data analysis, market research or client-facing data roles.

The ideal Client Liaison Executive will have:

• A degree (or equivalent) ideally in Business Intelligence, Market Research, Marketing or a humanities subject
• Excellent communication skills
• Ideally some proven client-handling/account management/business relationship experience
• Excellent IT knowledge ideally including data and databases
• The ability to listen to client needs
• The ability to explain technical problems to non-technical people
• A proactive, can-do attitude combined with enthusiasm and the abil! ity to deliver
