Candidates will need professional fluency in English plus professional fluency in 1. Greek in addition to French, Turkish or Spanish; 2. Polish in addition to French, Spanish, German or Italian. Fluency - speaking, reading, and writing is an essential requirement due to the nature of the role. Main duties will be to deal directly with owners to handle and resolve all customer complaints and queries both on the phone and via email. You will also be responsible for the maintenance of the customer database and will be expected to keep an accurate log of all communications. There will also be an element of reporting in this role. Ideally you will have worked in a fast paced customer service environment with a background in Hospitality being advantageous. You must be well organised, be able to prio! ritise work loads and be able to handle customer queries with ! patience and professionalism.
