Job Responsibilities: As a Barista, you will be an integral part of our team,
responsible for:
Preparing and serving a variety of coffee-based beverages with precision
and consistency.
Ensuring high-quality standards for every cup, from espresso shots to
latte art.
Providing friendly and efficient customer service, creating a welcoming
atmosphere for all guests.
Taking customer orders, handling cash transactions, and operating the
point-of-sale system.
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, following health and
safety guidelines.
Collaborating with fellow team members to meet customer demands and
maintain smooth operations.
Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following
qualifications:
Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role.
A deep understanding of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and latte art.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable
demeanor.
Strong multitasking abilities, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to consistently deliver high-
quality beverages.
