About Our Client

Our client is one of the world's largest consumer goods company with strong brand awareness and great innovation. They are now looking for a (Senior) Trade Marketing Manager to handle their beauty categories in Taiwan.

Job Description

  • Analyzing market landscape, customers and consumers' insights to gain competitive strategies and effective growth plans across channels.
  • Developing category growth strategies and strong conceptual selling to create superior customer value
  • Developing strategic, integrated trade plans (online/ offline channel plans, promotions, in-store programs etc.) liaising with sales team, multi-functional team and customers that tie in with overall brand strategy to drive sales and market share growth across different channels.
  • Managing monthly forecast, distribution, pricing promotion, shelving and merchandising strategy and other relevant go-to-market initiatives.
  • Managing trade budget and continuously seeking for opportunities to drive business goals.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years solid trade marketing / sales / key account management in well-known MNC FMCG companies
  • Experience managing categories/ brands/ go-to-market plans, sales forecasts and trade funds budgets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Experienced in executing winning go to market strategy.
  • Able to work in a diverse multi-functional team.
  • Great team player with strategic thinking and growth mindset
