We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Operations Associate with Purchasing Experience to join our team. The Operations Associate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operations of our business, with a focus on purchasing functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to obtain the best terms and prices.
- Work closely with internal teams to identify purchasing needs and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Develop and implement purchasing policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify areas for improvement in the purchasing process and provide recommendations to management.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with vendors to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Prepare purchase orders and process invoices for payment.
- Maintain records and prepare reports related to purchasing and inventory.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on purchasing and operations management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of purchasing software and inventory management systems
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
- Able to speak in mandarin is an added advantage

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
