Office Administrator [United Kingdom]


 

While working at Boiler & Heating Care Ltd, your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering & responding to incoming telephone and email enquires promptly & professionally.
  • Scheduling appointments via our in house system.
  • Draft quotations and also chasing quotations as well as customer feedback.
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise a diary and workload for yourself as well as our engineers, noting which jobs are completed and ready for invoicing and which future jobs/projects are pending.
  • Checking the database for up and coming boiler & cylinder services/landlord certificates.
  • Trusted and capability to work unsupervised at times & ability to work independently.
  • General house keeping duties/maintain a clean office at all times.
  • Must be computer literate with good communication skills.

  • The working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, 5 days a week so we are looking for someone who is hard working and willing to go the extra mile.

Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

Salary: £24,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
