About Our Client
Our client is a global provider of mission-critical wireless infrastructure management and CPE embedded software.
Job Description
- Develop and manage project schedule, scope, objectives, & detailed work plan with the relevant resources, risks management, and mitigation schemes.
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project
- Provide project updates and targets on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Work closely with the Customer Success Manager and drive the Engineering teams to coordinate and execute the project plans, and manage contracts with the customers, vendors, and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource
- Track project costs to meet
- Host all project related reviews with the Project Team and various Steering Committees with the customer to review the Project progress and priorities, probable Project Scope changes, and outstanding actions.
- Generate a weekly status report and a KPI dashboard for the Management and Project
- Monitor progress and adjust as needed, and measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Support in-life customer requests after solution
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 3 years of Project Management
- PMP Certification (Optional)
- BSc degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related
- Background in the telecommunications
- Experience in SW development lifecycle, Wi-Fi, and Cloud Services is a strong
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best
- Experience seeing projects through the full life
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Competent communication, negotiation, and conflict management
- Proven analytical skills & ability to solve problems creatively
