In this role, you will supply legal advice on a wide range of issues in the field, including providing ongoing counsel to all AO sites, supporting clients and managers.
Responsibilities:
To consult on legal issues and act to protect the legal interests and to fulfill legal commitments taken by AO, which includes among other:
- Responsible for consulting all internal and external clients regarding contracts, procedure to comply with the law
- Review, draft all legal documents such as agreements, forms and all other documents legal related such as procedures
- Maintain data room for all legal documents for AO and its subsidiaries
- Assist in legal proceedings.
Requirements:
- LLB degree or foreign equivalent, member of the Israeli Bar
- 2-3 Years of experience practicing technology and commercial law in a global technology company or a leading law firm
- Fluent English and Hebrew
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proven drafting skills
- Creative and pragmatic thinker with strong interpersonal skills, who provides excellent service to their clients and is able to think strategically and establish a “trusted advisor” relationship
