E-commerce Marketing Assistant [Philippines]


 

ROLE SUMMARY

As an Administrative Assistant, using excellent communication and follow-up skills, you will handle multiple tasks simultaneously and perform administrative and clerical tasks to support overall business development operations, such as answering phones and managing business documentation. In addition, you will provide support to the sales and/or production team as needed. The ideal candidate can work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and is determined to provide outstanding service to both our customers and fellow team members.

SCHEDULE: 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Daylight Time (11 PM – 8 AM Philippine Local time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

· Develop and maintain functional knowledge of all software programs used in the E-Commerce Department processes (Google Suites, CoreBridge, ClickUp, Wordpress, and others as directed)

· Set up new products and coordinate item changes in databases and on websites.

· Aid in product development

· Build quotes for major clients

· Review sign proofs

· Review new website listings and physical catalog listings, and attend to any discrepancies

· Assist with e-commerce marketing and mailings

QUALIFICATIONS

· A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is an advantage

· Experience in project management, utilizing Monday.com and/or ClickUp

· Experience using WooCommercie is an advantage

· Has an intuitive sense of how to make things pop and an instinct for coming up with searchable terms

· Outgoing, focused, and motivated individual with excellent listening skills who can deliver an extraordinary customer experience

· Ability to develop lasting relationships

· Ability to close sales through a consultative approach

· Organized and comfortable with working on spreadsheets

· Experience in a multi-client environment

· Strong organization, oral and written communication skills

· Analytical skills with particular attention to detail

· Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed

Experience:

  • invoicing and payroll administration: 3 years (Preferred)
