Benefits Scheduling:
- $18.00 - $ 20.00 per hour (paid biweekly)
- 8-10 hours of work available every shift (time and a half after first 8 hours).
- Paid overtime & Sick time
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
- Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle, follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
- Delivery Drivers should provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
- Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.) get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
- Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
- Delivery Drivers will need to use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, photographing completed deliveries, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
- Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle with the help of warehouse team, double checking their deliveries.
- Delivery driver will support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes
- Must know how to drive a box truck
- Keep company vehicles clean and report any damages of vehicle to management
Driver/Warehouse Associate Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- A high school diploma
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina.
- The ability to be a team player.
- MUST be willing to work every other Sunday evening
