Job Title: Cleaner

Reports to: Owner/ Operations Manager
Job Purpose
The cleaning position will be responsible for keeping a clean and well-maintained restaurant. In addition to cleaning this position will be responsible for stocking toiletries, supplies and maintaining supply inventory.
Major Accountabilities
· Cleaning and disinfecting all surface areas, including bathrooms, kitchen space, and counters.
· Replacing toilet paper and hand towels.
· Mopping and polishing floors.
· Picking up any trash and emptying the trash bins.
· Cleaning and scrubbing windows.
· Responding to employee or guest requests
· Keep effective cleaning records.
· Other cleaning related duties may be required
