BBQ Sous Chef [Pakistan]


 

  • 10 years prior experience with specialty of Turkish/BBQ cuisines.
  • Prior experience working in 4/5-star hotel or International Restaurant Chain.
  • Responsible for assisting the executive chef with all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and service.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including managing the cooks and other kitchen staff, creating and modifying menus, and monitoring food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Assists with inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring that all kitchen equipment and facilities are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure, and have a strong understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Additionally, they may be responsible for training and mentoring new kitchen staff and ensuring that the kitchen operates smoothly in the absence of the executive chef.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
