We are currently looking to recruit a Front of House person (Bar) to join us. The venue is a 2-minute walk from the town centre, situated on the bank of the River Wye, the gateway to the Wye Valley, boasting a riverside location with stunning gardens and outside space to enjoy dining by the river. The newest property in the Country House Weddings Group portfolio, the right candidate will be joining a large group of enthusiastic, hospitality professionals with years of experience.

You will be reliable & trustworthy, honest, driven, motivated, and a team player.
Requirements & Responsibilities
- Front of house which includes serving hot and cold drinks
- Order taking and serving food
- Helping with private functions
- Answering guest queries face to face or by phone
- Understanding what we offer our guests from menu to drinks
- An understanding of etiquette
- Providing great service every time to our guests
- Ensure a high level of customer service and following procedures in order to maintain this.

Key requirements for the post
No formal qualifications are required although experience in any of the following is essential:
· Hospitality experience
· Hotel or B&B services essential.
- Must be 18yrs and over
