We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of “Analista Soporte Operativo”:
Responsibilities
- Garantizar la correcta operación de los procesos de soporte operativo, tales como batch nocturno (aplicación masiva de transacciones en HOGAN), batch monetario (aplicación masiva de transacciones en OHC), batch no monetario (mantenimientos masivos y manuales como bloqueos, cambios de domicilio, entre otros), cancelaciones (proceso regulatorio), campañas, balanace transfer, precancelaciones, extracción de reportes de OHC.
- Garantizar al 100% los soportes operativos del proceso.
- Atención de reportería definida y atención a reportes esporádicos a través de la generación de consultas en Teradata y reportes existentes, cruce de información, revisión, análisis y conclusión
- Atención a la reportería especial de buró de crédito
- Mantener integrada y controlada la cuenta contable para los procesos que apliquen.
§ Elaboración y entrega oportuna de reportes diarios, semanales y mensuales a la Dirección y Negocio
§ Supervisar el adecuado cumplimiento de los PLA’s acordados con negocio.
