Primary Responsibilities
- Leadership of local Aftermarket and Service team (Technical Sales, Customer Service, repair workshop, field service & claim management)
- Develop and implement the growth strategy for aftermarket products and services, aligned with global aftermarket strategy
- Identify growth opportunities and business process improvements in co-operation with the global Aftermarket organization and Business Development
- Improve the local/regional aftermarket organization and processes to meet customer expectations and exceed market benchmark for its key functions: from quotation, order management, to service and claim management
- Drive proactive aftermarket sales (spare parts, replacement pumps, field service, service agreement, major overhauls etc.)
- Manage the aftersales service team to provide responsive on-site technical services, work closely with key accounts, channel partners and OEM’s in solving claims, expand service partner network and plan & execute vessel commissioning
- Monitor and drive monthly management KPIs to deliver business result and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in aftermarket business in relevant industry – preferably in Marine business
- Proven managerial experiences
- BS required, prefer to major in Engineering and/or Business
- Strong customer centricity and problem-solving skills
- Proven commercial and negotiation skills
- Good communication and networking skills
- Fluent spoken and written Norwegian and English
